Exam-critical pointers
- ⭐Stranger to contract cannot sue (privity); exceptions: trust, marriage settlement, family arrangement.
- ⭐Communication of offer complete when it comes to knowledge of offeree.
- ⭐Free consent: NOT caused by coercion, undue influence, fraud, misrepresentation, mistake (Sec 14).
